DR KAREN’S COVID-19 UPDATE

Symmetry Wellness Centre is happy to see you at the clinic. There are a few things to bring to your attention as restrictions are being lifted.

Booking an appointment

Please book online here when you can. Please choose the appropriate appointment type (virtual or in person) - make sure to scroll down for options. You are welcome to call the front desk at Symmetry as well to book. Myers IV appointments are available to book online for existing patients only.

If an in person appointment has been booked you will received a Covid-19 pre-screening questionnaire via email. If you answered "yes" to any of the pre-screening questions or if you become symptomatic at any point prior to your scheduled appointment, I ask that you postpone your treatment until you are well and symptom free. 

As restrictions are being lifted for Covid-19, the Symmetry staff would to respect everyone's comfort levels so we will continue to mask and uphold our cleaning and sanitization protocols. However, masks are optional for patients.

Prior to your in person appointment 

To limit congestion at the reception, outstanding payments (in person or virtual) can be made by online via credit card.

Supplements

I will still be taking supplements orders through my online store and from the clinic itself. Orders can be made by phone or email. Supplements will either be left out in “brown paper packages” in a secured area for pickup during clinic hours if pre-paid, or behind the desk if not (FYI - Friday afternoons we close early), or shipped to you directly if ordered online.
